Topic: the case of the College of the Ozarks and its battle with the Biden Administration over gender ideology in college dorms. A federal court rejected the college's request for an emergency injunction against an Executive Order issued under the Biden administration that would force entities under the Fair Housing Act to open bedrooms and bathrooms of student housing to members of the opposite sex so long as they self-identify.

Topic: Federal suit against Genoa Charter Township (Michigan) when it denied a religious organization the right to build a modest chapel and prayer campus on its 40 acre property and demanded that the removal all religious symbols from the property, including the Stations of the Cross.
